The Food Network gave Ricard Chocolat a five star rating and placed him in the top five out of forty companies worldwide in the chocolate category. In addition, Ricard Chocolat was awarded Best Confections by the James Beard House and recently, The Travel Channel named Ricard Chocolat, The Best Artisinal Chocolatier in America. Ricard Chocolat has been featured in The Rosengarten Report, Quest Magazine, Wine Spectacular and Forbes Magazine. Ricard Chocolat has also been featured on NBC's The Today Show and CNN's Up and Rising with Aaron Brown.
